RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Message re: Cease Trade Order sent todaySo far Jacks10 I haven't my shares.
I guess it's mostly because I'm expecting (fingers crossed) to need the loss in 2023.
As for "plan of action???"
Other than chasing the BCSC to try and make something.. anything happen in terms of investigating Australis I don't truly have one.
There is little to be gained from attempting to chase them through the courts. Costs are likely to exceed any recovery even if successful.
I am doubtful shareholders can reasonably rely upon any financial or business details, including news releases that the company has provided during the past year or so.
One thought rolling through my head is to speak with an insolvency trustee.
That may force the company to cease operating as though it were a privately incorporated business entity.
At this point, it is just a thought and may not be practical.
I have been retired for a while and the Trustees I once extensively worked with at Dunwoody are out of the business world now as well.
Still, the idea keeps gnawing at me.
