Very shady with the win win proposal. If Dowty wants to save face he needs to dump the break fee part of the proposal immediately. Dowty needs to do full disclosure and damage control ASAP . Common share holders are getting very angry about their disadvantages. On another note , don't trust Sykes . He most certainly has his own agenda.
