Valuation issue on passport deal

IR informed , the deal failed due to that valuations ..they are planning to proceed with cocoon pipeline...it seems they also had their doubts..

Their circular is probably horrible so they cancelled it knowing there will be a huge pushback. Or the fact that nobody bought their ridiculous Private placement at $0.28 to fund their wages after they spend all their cash on the deal. Pathetic. They need to get their sht together for reals. No information provided, it is best, if the mngt can provide some details on the expect revenue for each quarter... basically we need guidance from mngt on the path and revenue.
