Concerned shareholders & current Management

The details are great, but there were no merits.... that's the problem...We have well set example ACB ....on other side the current management sitting on this for 2 years ..I am worried of Ausa future as it stuck too long with actual merits to support ...any thoughts

Proxy firms have a knack at creating fluff from horse dung.
