Compensation

No one here is talking about the compensation package news. Seriously! This compnay couldn'r organize a good sh!t. When they did have a plan to make money the ACB club came back in cause they were kicked out. Now we have morons arguing about how the company can be profitable. I have lost every penny I invested in this company due to f*ck up smart guys arguing about how to make money.
SOMEONE MAKE A DECISION AND MAKE SOME G*D D*MN MONEY!!

Yeah they all want a big pay raise but they don't want to disclose it to the public yet. They want to drain the cash. I guess some would argue they deserve it for all the hard work that they've put in.

Where is the public facing information available on this? IF TRUE, certainly not good.

Agreed. I should have further clarified the BS remarks. The burn is an issue unquestionably however AUSA's current asset liquidity is a spring board for developing a US strategy. Dilution certainly is a question mark for me, looking forward to seeing how this gets answered by DeMott and Booth's group.

Booth's plan is already out. It took him a good 30 minutes to write it. lols

I know. Zero substance, trends easily attainable on the net.

30 minutes? You're feeling generous today PK. Maybe 5. Then again, I doubt they can type very fast.

Point taken. I'm hoping that they are less into liquidation and cash-raising and more into making what's in the portfolio begin to work. I'm fairly optimistic that Cocoon could have legs as a revenue stream to build from. The only inputs for that to be properly developed are industry relationships, marketing and legal. But they really do need to move quickly.
