Voting yellow means know back end rights used by ACB

Be very cautious voting yellow that could end up voting Terry Booth onto the board. If terry booth is voted onto the board of AUSA I highly doubt ACB would every exercise the back end rights they have into AUSA.  There is no way ACB would ever work with Terry Booth again there is to much negative PR around terry booth and his time as ceo at ACB. The shareholders of ACB would go nuts. Vote blue for a small chance that acb and Harry Demott can work out the back end rights from acb to AUSA once the UsA legalized marijuana. I hear Harry Demott and ACB have been in talks about utilizing back end rights from acb to AUSA once USA goes legal. This would make sense now that AUSA is moving forward as a MSO under the leadership of Harry demot.

You are either a complete moron or a schill for the incumbent board. Why the hell would anyone not want Terry involved? He built one of the most successful startups of all time! He's also easily the most connected individual in the pot industry, he was all over the planet with Aurora and he knows everybody. I think you must be a moron that didn't sell and now you're just butthurt. You ...more
