Investor Rights To Protect From Share Consolidation

Fellow AUSA investors, after reviewing the recent news release we should be quite concerned with the Ceo's plan to raise $15M and further diluting our shares. The value of our existing shares and proportional ownership of the company is in jeopardy and could lead to a consolidation of shares as another investor has brought to our attention.

15M$ raised and well utilised is ok for a company well positioned and focused on growth but as I mentionned on a previous post I hope Terry has learned from Aurora and will not go acquasition crazy with massive shareholder dilution and debt,I remember Nortel all to well. So far I think their strategy has been fine and the company is really positionning itself for the major expansion of the US ...more
