(CSE: AYR.A, OTCQX: AYRWF) (“Ayr” or the “Company”), a vertically integrated U.S. multi-state cannabis operator (MSO) focused on becoming the most trusted producer of high-quality cannabis at scale, today announced that it has received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (“TCO”) to begin operations in its Phoenix, Arizona cultivation facility.

The first crop was planted over the weekend, with its first harvest projected for mid-March 2022.
