As in stands, the deal is still in the LOI stage. If the deal proceeds based on the terms of the revised LOI at the laughable 1.65 : 1 multiple, the next stage is both companies would sign definitive agreements and likely BAMM will be halted and the shareholders of BAMM would have to approve the transaction.

In light of the current market conditions, I would like BAMM to decline the transaction and go on with building out their 50,000 sq ft facility to increase sales and strengthen the asset base of the company before thinking about a sale or merger.

The company has the funds to build this out and organically build value for the shareholders.
