this is a long halt.

i dont see why we would need such a long halt if it is just to raise capital its not that complex. maybe it is a buy out or some major deal that they are still working on and dont wont any news leaks? someone just posted on a FB group that they called BAMM and they said they will be halted all day. something big must be happening. i have never seen a stock halted for a whole trading session.
