BEE VECTORING TECHNOLOGIES CLOSES DEBT SETTLEMENT
Bee Vectoring Technologies International Inc. has closed the debt settlement agreements previously announced on Dec. 22, 2023, with certain creditors. Pursuant to the settlement agreements, the company issued an aggregate of 18,833,334 common shares at a deemed price of six cents per common share to the creditors in full satisfaction of outstanding cash payments due in the amount of $1.13-million.
The securities issued pursuant to the settlement agreements have a statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws, which will expire on May 4, 2024.
