2) Shows Dan Bilizerian as owning 20,157,713 Shares yet in a press release dated December 17th, 2020 it states they cancelled the shares?
3) No mention of the $29 million dollar lawsuit yet the audited statements mention it?
4) Previous Director of the take over pubco paid in cash and shares yet no involvement in the company?
Regulators must be having a field day with this one.
