Yup. It's a mess. This neville suit is known. I believe it was mentioned before. Interesting read tho. Nothing surprising for me. But it's all a joke. Cant these people just run a company without f-ing it all up. It's been a while since I've seen such a collection of chumps running one of these things. I am way more interested in what the response will be.

I want out but looks like there is potential in this company if everyone would keep there fingers out of the till. I guess working hard and getting the share price up is too hard. Just steal shares and sell at whatever price while us smucks buy our shares and get no value.

But of neville is right and he is protecting us from these guys then I give him kudos. Cuz if this all goes sideways this company will be in shareholder revolt for a long time. Neville isn't the only one that can bring suit. We better hope he just in for a payday (which he probably deserves). I am curious why he didn't mention a securities investigation. If there is one.   This goes down 1 of 2 ways. And both ways Chris gets paid. Good on ya interplanetary I'd be PO and do the same if I've done nothing wrong. First way pay him fast out of twins deep pockets. He stops making noise and all guilty party's get slap on the wrist and we get trading again.  second way would be obserd on their part, go to court and fight it. Chris exposes all

Ya... hard to argue with that. That's why I am interested in what troy do. If he fights this on merits then neville got nothing. If they buy him off... dunno. But this is not going to zero. There is a ton of value in bets. Millions of users is nothing to sneeze at. It's a hard call. Will see

they already tried to buy him off ... no go .. and yes there are 2 more investigations running parellel to the lawsuit.  You'll all lose your mind once this all comes but anyone who is a shareholder, investment will be saved, could have lost everything.  Talk again when this is over.
