RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Welcome day traders. Looks like you've been suckered. I spoke with an investor relations representative of BevCanna last week for close to 45 minutes. Here's what I learned.
Unsurprisingly, Covid-19 has delayed receipt of the license, from health Canada being unable to do site visits to inability for necessary personnel to travel to the site. That aside, here's what I'm looking forward to:
-Processing license is submitted and expected to be issued by Aug/Sept. Lp to Lp white label to start Q4.
-Sales license late Q4. Once received , BEV will be able to distribute house + partner brands, and white label clients brands to provincial distribution boards and retailers.
I like that BEV is signing LOI's for white label contracts now, to have a line up of customers ready to go. I am also excited for the Keef Brands partnership (I tried the Root beer and 0 calorie Sparkling waters in Colorado: fast onset, great taste.
The recent white label LOI's and supply agreement in Saskatchewan seem to be accretive to this strategy.
Key takeaways from my call:
1. Processing and sales license expected Q4.
2. Staggered white label and branded product production in Q4.
3. Bloom vape JV product launch expected in Q4 also.
4 outdoor cultivation license expected by Q4/Q1, and first crop is expected to be planted in Q3, 2021.
5. International expansion of branded products in USA + EU
Needless to say, I'm long and buying everything I can in the $0.20's (52 week lows), as I am looking 6-12 months out and see plenty of upside.
A truly unique high capacity beverage manufacturing facility with a premium alkaline spring water source onsite. Wide array of stock and custom beverage manufacturing options.
Optimally located in the golden mile of BC's Okanagan Valley, known for its fertile terroir and optimal growing region (can't wait to get my hands on their outdoor bud).
Strategic Canadian and international parterships and product commercialization strategies, with a road to positive EBITDA over the next 12 months.
BevCanna is well positioned to capitalize on the emerging cannabis infused beverage category and be a leader in cannabis 2.0. I could see a similar trajectory to Valens, Medipharm, Aleafia, etc. They will be most sophisticated and high capacity independent beverage manufacturers in Canada.
I expect continued news and corporate updates in the near future to further communicate these developments and timelines.
