I believe u need to get liscensed in order to sell the aqualine spring water source this is where the value lies since the government does not give away the liscenses to harvest manufacture and sell the water. U can't buy property with a well, bucket it out, bottle it and sell it without being issued a liscenses to do so. As for the balance of your yellow questions u should call IR and get them answered.
