Bevcanna obviously not paying their bills............Bevcanna currently has several lawsuits against them:
1. Clearwater Cannagrow (Joey Bedard-Brunet) who was booted off the board. When outdoor cultivation was realized to be going for a sh-t Bevcanna needed an out. So they took it out on Bedard, his company and the subcontractors that were hired for the outdoor cultivation build out.
2. Novacom Building Partners - who built the structures.
3. Pacific Rim Equipmental Rentals - who supplied all the rental and heavy equipment for the build out.
All three companies currently have suits pending.

I would imagine their are several building liens against them (on the Sidley Mountain property) in order for these contractors to recoup losses ( I have not confirmed this but it is normal practice in the industry)
