Obviously Embark shareholders see no value in remaining in Bevcanna otherwise they would hold, as opposed to "moving on to other ventures".
Why did Bevcanna not get their own sales four years ago instead of over paying for one now?
The payment of shares is because BEV cannot perform a PP for raising well over $10M (based on their burn rate) you can't go back to the trough every 3 months.
What other choice is there for them, they spend 10X as much as revenue they generate in gross profit.
There is no cash.
