RE:Nice

RE:NiceSorry Dimondo but I don't have any good news for you....

I;ve been silent for a while but need to weigh in here as this is exactly what I said would happen last year and I got flamed for it.  This company cannot go outside of Canada as their patents are invalid due to the fact that they went and infringed on Dove biotech's patents (Dove was their partner in the mexico installation that blue gold did).  Dove actually states on their website that Blue Gold does not represent the products manufactured by Dove in Canada.  When I dug into this I was made to udnerstand that Dove did not have Canadian patents filed so Derek Blackburn went and filed them in Canada under blue gold which is what led to the dissolution of the partnership they had (could be 100% incorrect but seemed a resonable explanation).  Dove offers all the same services (mine tailing, wastewater etc) and partnered with Blue Gold in Mexico so is it highly possible one of these two companies is on the wrong side of the patent law. All of nanostruck's technology is still "patent pending" so they actually don't have a thing (before you flame me, any of you nanostruck bulls prove me wrong, show me the approved patents and I will back down and be humbled on this point).

If these are infact based on the Dove patents there is potential here for Dove to file lawsuits in Canada if and when Nanostruck put out their first actual installation of the tech. So far the company has been just talk, no actual installs or contracts which would consitute an actual infringement on any patents (no law against telling people you can do something, the legal part hits when you actually make money from it).

My humble opinion here has not changed, this is a sham of a company sold very effectively to Ned Goodman by Derek Blackburn and they are now trying to salvage what they can by working within the legal framework to get something out to market without getting dragged into court.

Seeing as they are technically insolvent, without a significant pp raise this company won't make it to the summer.   Not sure there are any more people lining up to fund patent pending technology that could challenged in court by a well funded company like Dove.

just my 2 cents..... bulls, bash away I can take it.......
