Its insurance activities are conducted through two insurance entities, First Guard Insurance Company and its affiliated agency, 1st Guard Corporation (First Guard), and Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty Insurance Company and its affiliated agency, Southern Pioneer Insurance Agency, Inc. (Southern Pioneer). Its insurance businesses provide insurance of property and casualty. The Company's oil and gas operations are conducted through two entities, Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (Abraxas Petroleum) and Southern Oil Company (Southern Oil). Abraxas Petroleum operates oil and natural gas wells.

good trading in this area

seems like we have a willing buyer in the .75 to .80 area and a determined seller, the first quarter results should be released by may 15th , i expect to see a2nd quarter that is a little better then the first quarter , 58 million in sales or so and something over 2 million in ebitda. on a ebitda to stock price this stock is trading cheap. it should probably trade north of 1.50 when the determined seller becomes exhausted i beleive that is where we are headed.
