no information was given re the stock price invlolved in this deal

at present stock of .005 cents that would be 750 million shares

quite a dilution of the company

deciding whether to dump my sens shares or hang on

not worth that much anyways at these prices.

the company stock should have been frozen from last April 2019 when we were not given our shares

we as shareholders have been totally screwed by management here
