4 month hold period is over. Those who bought units can dump the shares and continue to hold the warrants. Damn small cap co.s keep falling for BS of underwriters and financial advisors that equity issues must include warrants.   Many co.s do share-only PPs:     ACST FLY PBX AEZS  ...more

this is what I hate about this stock. 1.7M shares, down 15% and not 1 word on any chat room or news. Manipulation for something coming?
