from early biotech to marketing and selling/distribution

from early biotech to marketing and selling/distributioncompany overnight?

Yes, the share price action sure looks very strong given it was under 10c just recently.

However, there is absolutely no explanation in the NR how a very early stage biotech company can/will successfully transtion into marketing and selling/distribution.  Do they have the expertise, manpower and funds to do it?

Also, the most recent financing at $0.10 and the previous one at $0.15 plus associated warrants will make it easy to short this stock unless they show tangible results very quickly.

Lastly, if they new this 'blockbuster' news is coming out, why dilute at just $0.10 per share?  They could have waited to do the financing at a (much) higher level.
