VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 6, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- BioVaxys Technology Corp. (CSE: BIOV) (FRA: 5LB) (OTCQB: BVAXF) ("BioVaxys" or the "Company") announces that it has agreed to settle an aggregate of $300,000 in debt with one vendor through the issuance of common shares to be issued at a deemed price of $0.15 per common share (the "Debt Settlement").
 
All securities issued in connection with the Debt Settlement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation. Closing of the Debt Settlement is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.

Yes, this is definitely a positive development for BIOV.  The less debt they have the better, especially given increasing interest rates.

Agreed! With a debt settlement at 15 cents (minimum value now) and guaranteed income for 10 years, we are gone up for a long time.

Agreed!  But if you look at comments on CSE:ca, there are a few blowhards ureasonably critical of the debt settlement.  Seems some of them are still living in mom and dads basement.
