and the stock price is not as strong as it used to be.. ! any thoughts or rumours.. pls share..

Insider Report just filed shows one of the officers participated in the private placement. true, but htey already closedt with the insiders, i am wondering why the pvt one.. was expectedto closebefore or on jan 26th, it would've been nice to say when they released the nr about hte insdiers that there is adelay or when to expect it etc.. but nothing. that's what worries me..
