Berkley Renewables Inc. is a Canada-based growth-oriented diversified issuer also pursuing renewable energy opportunities, primarily in the solar energy sector. The Company is pursuing solar energy investments in Ontario, Canada. It is also engaged in developing autologous cell therapies to treat conditions linked to a deficit of healthy cells required for normal healing and function through RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. (RepliCel). RepliCel's RCT-01, RCS-01, and RCH-01 cell therapies are designed to treat chronic tendinosis, damaged or aged skin and pattern baldness.
