Heck, I suspect that there is no comparable water source anywhere near where they intend to dig. Where do you suppose thay will get the water necessary to produce their MOP?

Yep, ordinary run-of-the-mill MOP. Everyone has MOP. Heck, production is already shut in because of oversupply.
