How do you get him out?

How do you get him out? well its been to say the least, a bunch of BS for the last couple years with Mehidi at the helm and yes i know hed sing the i turned this around from when we were in potash blah blah but he hasnt done much since. 

Not sure how a fund contiues to not perform but he gets paid - at some point the funds are going to run out 

is it even possible to get him out? i know he holds a bunch of shares but there has to be a way.
