Now correct me if im wrong but it has been stated that cannibixs 2.0 device can detect with precision within two hours and I think they have written this into the bill using that window because that is all science can prove at this time and their device will be implemented when approved by attorney general. Also read below about approved screening devices, as long as they are approved by attorney general as a capable piece of equipment then that is an approved instrument that will be used. R.S., c.
