I Don't Usually Publicly Share Confidential Stuff. but before you go around knocking this company and CEO do try to get in touch and wait! Mr. Bryson does respond at least to one of my inquiries he did. I don't play games and I don't like to be played. I am as far a straight shooter as there is and speak as to what I strongly believe. In any case, Mr. Bryson says in his response "unless you have ulterior motives" to me as he like I don't know one another and trust is built over time. I am looking to put monies in companies who deal transparently fairly and ones i respect regardless of how I handle my shares. I don't bash companies to get cheap or ask others to and I speak as objectively as i can when favorable I do not do so to come across as pumping so I know i have to be careful in how I speak relative to what is going on--like I said I want to be as neutral to companies as possible despite holding shares even if at the end of the day my interest is all tied up which it is here and of course why I am posting this because many people rightly have been inquiring about things but best to go to the source and be patient you will get a response. best go through email in my opinion info@evbattery.tech and wait.

Firstly, my apologies in the delay in getting back to you. I wanted to ensure I was able to fully respond to each accusation made before sending a detailed response.
The news release you reference having an issue with, is an incredibly positive step for our Company, which we are quite proud of. As we do with each of our news releases, we had it reviewed by both our lawyers and IIROC before they are disseminated.
While I understand you’re frustrated with other companies, as referenced in your email, we can not address those problems as they are not relevant to us whatsoever. However, as our shareholder, I would assume this is very positive news for you to be excited about.
The only reason this particular news would not be positive for you is if you have ulterior motives. I am certainly not saying you do and appreciate your support as a shareholder. Just to be safe, we have forwarded your email to our legal department for review, and if it is deemed necessary, they may follow up with the securities commission for possible stock manipulation. In situations like this, the securities commission would review all trades (particularly short positions) related to an individual’s name to establish positions and take action if necessary.
I certainly hope this is not the case and hope you continue to be a shareholder of our company. We are just getting started as a public company but believe there is a very successful road ahead.
