Again that has little to no concern of the future of this company. The amount of shares picked up when they announced the TESLA KILLER- Driving the price over 5000%. Who picked these up and why? TESLA has gone quiet on anything EV Battery Tech "ACDC"- They have not disputed and they will not acknoledge EV as a genuine competitor yet... Why? When any mention from TESLA in regards to EV Battery Tech in any news media the share price will soar. This goes for GM, Honda or GE. Any large Tech. The aquistion teams have already purchased enough shares early on to be able to control the stock price in the interm. Deals behind closed doors I beleive are already happening. Question these big Tech are asking themselves. What is the lowest price can they get this technology for. What is it going to take. The longer they manipulate and control the Share Price the better negotation power they have. Thus more paid Bashers on the board.
