Thanks for your interest. I am enclosing the latest Daymak Pitch Deck for your review.

Our plan is to go public through an RTO or SPAC deal in the next few months based on a valuation at $100 million or more.

Prior to that we are offering private placements at $ 60 million valuation to a select few accredited investors who have a long term vision.

There are approximately 18 million shares outstanding. The private placement would be at $3.35 CAD per share. Minimum is $250,000 or 74625 shares.

Daymak as you know, has just launched the Avvenire Series product line featuring our own patent pending wireless technology explained in the deck.

Our present sales are on target for $21 million this year with $6 million EBITDA and order book for the Spiritus is growing daily. Our plan is to sell them worldwide.
