IMO, what a complete house of cards! Only in this case, the cards are shares of this company. From the brief scan on sedar, it looks like the only real money they got was a $60,000 covid loan, everything else is shares, warrents and debt.

What's really hilarious is when they put a "value" on non tangibles. It reminds me of a Ron Popeil commercial, "that's a $1,000,000 value, absolutey free".

They guys have doled out shares like a broken dam. Gave themselves millions in .01 warrents early in the game though, what does that tell you?

You need to ask yourself folks, with over half a billion shares out, no real assets, a midway shift to something you didn't invest in, coming late to the battery or crypto market, both of which take years to build by the way, do you really see these guys doing anything worth while?

Take a look at just two companies, HUT or BITF, both bitcoin mining companies. Millions in hard assets with multiple locations around the globe. They're making millions in real dollars as we speak and they've been at it for awhile.
These guys have been giving you nothing but smoke and mirrors for how many years now? Still nothing to show, always pointing to the future until there isn't one.
