So the 3 million raise is to pay for the youtube commercial they produced?

REGARDLESS, HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ACDC/BLOX or WHATEVER THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME TO NEXT.

Auditor says they're broke before the end of year if no new money is found. They won't find mine and everyone should hide theirs as well.

Zero reason to invest here for anyone, there's nothing left, over half a BILLION shares out with nothing to show for it.
