Max-I guess you missed the boat at 4 cents and now you are angry WHY would a private placement company raise 2.5 million dollars and get in serious trouble with the SEC Commission as well as the LAW if this is a scam.Give your head a shake they would have had to do DD on the company prior to raisng funds for them to make sure it is a legitimate
