From what i have read and done my DD. This is how i see it. For clarity i exited this stock yesterday

This is the company that Jiangsu Richpower/ACDC gets their batteries from, i think the site itself has to be 20 years old.

So Richpower owns IBT and ACDC is the western face (fancy public website with nothing of depth)

ACDC was created to be the western face of this company (Richpower) to develop North and South American contracts.

The CEO looks like he is the head of 4 company's so I'm not sure on what day he invests energy too.

The adding to the advisory group is like adding people from other interested parties (if you follow my above logic) into your already small circle that should already be advising anyhow.

I am not sure on how the Squamish Ecoville deal works into this tho. An agreement has been entered but there is no record of this system in place anywhere else.

yes there is. Look up the Squamish Herald it may be August of last year I forget the month but Ecoville is covered there so it is real!! Very much so. As for other things this company will be only as strong as the products supplied by Rich. The site is in Chinese and really hard to get the English version even when using the translator. I am taking it on good faith Rich is as big as being sold

nope not as long as the competition process is open to others. Nothing wrong with a strong group of inner circles and friends. the key to things is open competition to projects like Ecoville where others bid on the project and the community/governement choses which is best for them be it based on price or whatever the case may be. C'mon people can someone post actual dollars or concrete data not some architects dream vision with a bunch of green friendly companies on board and using it as advertising for their products. yeeesh this is really so not happening at any point

nope the whatever was sent for certification was tested and approved--the rest will have to be made and tested off the production line if that is how they will do it. But i see it like a computer which I don't believe are tested after coming off the assembly line. The process makes the tech and sends it out. The products are covered by warranty. The majority of stuff is good others may not be.
