BLACKHAWK ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDERS

The Alberta Securities Commission has revoked its cease trade order dated Oct. 31, 2014, and the B.C. Securities Commission has revoked its cease trade order dated Nov. 5, 2014.

The cease trade orders were issued by the Alberta Securities Commission and the B.C. Securities Commission against Blackhawk Resource Corp. for failure to file the audited annual financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis, and certification of annual filings.

As previously announced, on Nov. 14, 2014, Blackhawk filed its annual reporting documents on SEDAR. Accordingly, the corporation is no longer in default under the securities laws of Alberta or British Columbia.

The corporation has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that the common shares of the corporation will resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at market open on Nov. 26, 2014.
