I suggest reading the purchase agreements that should have been public MONTHS AGO! I don't believe buying the company "Novo" with all its assetts (INCLUDING STOCK) equalling $10 (not a typo...TEN DOLLARS) in exchange for 12,500,000 shares of Champignon, seems like a poor decision.
I will bet ALL my 8,851 shares of shrmf that wonderfully credible dr Roger McIntyre quietly resigns from this company and the Alt Med "aquisition"- everybody thought had taken place...Falls through.
The good news You were asking about that took me forever to address (sorry)...There will be heads of this so-called company imprisoned for what their doing! <It wasn't the 1st BUT it WILL be the last!
