A clumsy attempt to distract/detour. Read your own posts. SHRM has not followed/fulfilled the plans that they had previously outlined but yet you think the board is doing just fine and that I am somekind of paid basher. Or, have I misunderstood? Do you have any concerns about the board and the direction/actions they have take? Again, reading your previous posts would indicate that the board is doing a good job. So why would you expect them to put a new plan together and float it.? They'll figure it out as they go along; isn't that what you think (-or at least hope-)?
