Guesses abound, shreds of information remain unraveled, paperwork is limited in its disclosure, speculation annoys some and assures others.   The board remains silent and aloof.  Reactions are varied, blame is freely distributed and assigned.  But if there is one thing this site tends to agree on is that it is set to take off, big NR coming,  it will $ 3.00 by the end of

My guess as to why they are taking their time with the paperwork is because the stock will likely tank as soon as trading resumes. There has been no "good news". People are tired of the "word on the street" baloney. It's going to take a while to build up investor trust. That's my objective opinion. Sorry if it's not what people want to hear....

If I'm not mistaken the stock is still trading in the US and on the Frankfurt exchange.   It would be interesting to know what percentage of the shares are in/on which exchange.  I'm not convinced the stock will be "worthless" when trading continues.  However,  there can be little doubt that investor confidence will be a challenge until/unless things turn

I think you have a valid opinion. I cashed out last week at a substantial loss as I wasn’t willing to take a potentially bigger loss. Making an error with filing is sloppy but forgiveable. The lack of communication since is, in my opinion inexcusable, and it instilled in me a lack of trust.  I sincerely hope for everyone who is still in that great things come from these guys that puts plenty
