interesting that they squeezed out a promotional pr when its not typically allowed during halt. Because the revoke and reinstated halt was concurrent, they probably got permission from commission. i may be grasping but it seems like a good sign.

Yes, it does seem hopeful but regardless how they can lift one and impose another right away to me anyways is unlawful considering US has been moving this entire time without a single halt in the exact same company.  leasons learned here that's all, patience will pay off literally even though right now it's frustrating. I wouldn't get hopes up until 2021 possibly even 2022
