bcsc said shrm didn't provide proper disclosure in material change report on Altmed acquisition - if it was simple problem shrm amends and refiles. So how is it material enough to continue the Canadian halt but not material enough to tell shareholders (who can still trade in the US).

Why not write to SHRM, RM and Altmed -which still maintains a seperate presence -and ask them?

look at who invest in shrm with warrant under 0.10 (sow, litt... etc) all the same adress pender street. they have almost all sold there share on the big run . that ring me a bell . maybe derek finnally got caught by bcsc after all this year probably the best thing that can happen to shareholder here... perosnnaly when derek is out i will add shrm to my wallet. good luck ...more
