RE:RE:RE:RE:the reverse split scamno. Bellrock purchased Dixie. Dixie is called Bellrock Brands Inc. Besides if there was a 1.063 billion share float, the stock would be trading at $0.014 since it would demonstrate a 10X increase in the float. Chuck stated that the share structure of Dixie would remain the same. It's the Bellrock shareholders that had their shares adjusted, since they are private you would not know about it. If they did increase the float to a billion, the business would not be viable and the officers would be sued into bankruptcy.
