In your dreams! Trading shares for debt clearly indicates this company is running out of money and diluting share value. Although they may have make a small profit last quarter, this comapny is headed  for Bankruptcy, I've lost a bundle on it but fortunately recovered on another stock.There is always a Risk nand Reward,k this one was a bad  Risk.
