Aurora has to make a decision that if they do not buy us out then accordingly, we will likely be part of the competition OR THE COMPETITION ... Consequently, I have said elsewhere on the Board that it actually could be better if the offer simply lapses ... and I would rather be part of Canopy (for $5 billion reasons) than I would be part of Aurora OR ALTERNATIVELY, PART OF MALBORO MAKER ALTRIA IF A DEAL WITH APHRIA IS NOT CONSUMMATED. There are simply too too many possiblities here.

If Aurora bought us out, then the ratio would be 1:1 as per earlier board posts.

IN ALL SITUATIONS, WE WIN!!
