There is no doubt that the executive of Tgod has sold out to Cannacord at substantially reduced prices to the detriment of the shareholders. I wish I had the money to have the SEC investigate these dealling plus RCMP look into the CEO and senior officers. Some dirty dealings going on here!  I invested to much in this company hoping to subsidize my pension and should have known better. Oh well that's life!

you just didn't do your research, read the many articles saying that TGOD is a terrible investment, or look at how small it's sales are compared to it's massive market cap, it's so overinflated and it should be clear to everyone that did any Due diligence
