Wow! You called that one!! And agree with your comments except the stock is going lower. Not sure if people are aware of what is happening with these constant equity offerings (3 this year?) but they are short covering deals. Securities firms lend the stock out, investors borrow the stock and then short it, stock goes down, they want to close the trade but don't want to go into the market and

tough markets but TGOD and other cannabis firms need to burn cash to keep lights on until revenue meets expectations. Just be thankful there are still cash out for deals like this. Live to fight another day

There isn't any cash out there for this company based on investment merits, all of the equity deals they have been doing are short covering deals which don't normally happen at this frequency and scale. These deals will continue to happen thus driving the share price lower and lower. Only thing that can save this company is if they start generating positive cash flow which unfortunately is
