The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. has closed its prospectus offering of 53,263,400 units, with each unit consisting of one common share and three-fourths of one common share purchase warrant. The warrants will begin trading on the TSX at the open on Oct. 23, 2020, under the symbol TGOD.WA.

Proceeds from the financing are to be used to pay off bills incurred during the construction of its Ancaster and Valleyfield facilities, along with other payables that are due.....those buildings were supposed to be fully funded?!? Go figure and now they don't even own the facilities.....Athaide should go to jail!!!!
