The Company also owns a 30% interest in certain mining property claims contiguous to McFauld’s Lake in Ontario. Its subsidiaries include Canada Chrome Corporation, SMD Mining Corporation, Canada Chrome Mining Corporation, and Muketi Metallurgical General Partner Inc.

KWG has been courting the Chiefs of the Webequie and Marten Falls First Nations for about 8 years now - https://canadachrome.com/kwg-proposes-partnership-with-webequie-marten-falls/.   With the bits of news that has come out, it is quite evident that something is going on. Without the route   ( https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/proj/84331 )  the Ring of Fire has no real mineral value.  
 As we all know, KWG holds the surface rights to the proposed route and the aggregate claims to help build the route. see pages 9 and 10 for a refresher on the Cliffs/KWG route battle https://www.sedarplus.ca/csa-party/records/document.html?id=a79749214fd191efbb4cb811f369ead3d51e984683e91f3b5acc4412c211fb62 .
