RE:RE:COURT APPEAL IS MEANINGLESS Well if Noront wins then KWG should make a class action law suit on behalf af all KWG shareholders on record of July 2014. Many KWG investors reduced or sold their KWG shares to protect whatever was left of their investment in KWG. The class action law suit would render justice for losses suffered because of wrongful practice by Ontario court and Cliffs and Noront. I agree winning this case is very important but KWG cannot aford to spend its cash on legal battles that will take time and may be futile in view of what we just gone through with 2 appeals which is not helping ROF development. Perhaps a class action may be initiated once the ROF a go and profitability is a possibility. It is just unfortunate that 5 years has been lost to develop the rof because of greed and terrible governemnt vision. My only hope is to see the ROF being developed in my life time.
