As the infrastructure is being built other companies may want to get involved and start buying properties in the area a lot earlier.
When contracts are signed for a transportation route , a lot of companies could get involved. 
And what route will the road take. Maybe over KWG holdings or maybe not.
The Eagles Nest mine has not been completely drilled in the surrounding areas so some nearby properties are valuable IMO. The Bold, KWG, FNC holding next door could be very valuable.
MC, since you post links as does Greasemonkie, I assume you both work for some of the companies here.
I am ok with that since you both don't make ridiculous claims about shareprices, etc.
